2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup cold seltzer
Pour chocolate syrup into 12-ounce glass. Add milk and stir. Slowly add seltzer, stirring quickly to create a foamy head. Serve immediately.

chocolate syrup 2-3 tablespoons [Fox's UBET chocolate syrup is used in NYC home of the egg cream]
Title : Egg Cremes II
1 part milk
1 part whipping cream (comes in the half/half containers)
2 parts Hershey's syrup (only kind sold here)
4 part club soda/seltzer/etc...
Mix all ingrediants and drink!
