Banana Breakfast Shake
1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana, cut in chunks
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. sweetener (i.e. Equal)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 ice cubes
dash ground nutmeg (optional)
Put all in blender. Mix at high speed for 45 seconds. Serves 2: 260 calories for the whole recipe; 130 for half.
