Creamy Banana Fizz
4 bananas
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup light cream or half & half
2 cups lemon-lime soda
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Slice banana into blender. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add sugar to cream and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cream to banana mixture and stir to blend. Chill. Just before serving stir in soda. Serve in tall glasses with a scoop of ice cream
