Great Punch

1 envelope lemonade instant drink mix
1 46 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 c sugar
5 c water
3 liters ginger ale or 7-up

Combine drink mix, pineapple juice, sugar and water in large freezer container. Mix well. Freeze. Spoon frozen mixture into punch bowl. Stir in gingerale. Ladle into punch cups - 30 servings

Simple Punch

1 gallon water
1 46 oz can pineapple juice
4 c sugar
2 tbsp citric acid

Combine all ingredients in a large container. Chill 24 hours. May freeze and serve as a slushy punch. Thaw for several hours before serving. 30 servings.

Slush Punch

1 3oz package gelatin, any flavor
2 c sugar
3 c boiling water
1 46 oz can pineapple juice
1 6 oz frozend lemonade concentrate
1 tbsp almond extract
5 c cold water

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water in bowl. Combine gelatin mixture with pineapple juice, lemonade concentrate, almond extract and cold water in large freezer container. Freeze for 3 or 4 days. Let thaw for 6 hours before serving; stir. Pour into punch bowl. 20 servings.


2 small pkg. strawberry Jello
1 qt. boiling water
1 qt. cold water
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 large can pineapple juice

Mix and freeze in 2 half gallon milk cartons. One half hour serving take out of freezer and add 2 quarts ginger ale. Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
