Binghams Punch
2 cans (12 oz each) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cans (12 oz each) frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 quart water
1 liter bottle of gingerale
1 liter bottle of sparkling water
1 large bottle of sparkling grape juice or champagne
Fresh Strawberries & Mint Leaves
Combine juices and water in a large punch bowl; mix well. Right before serving, add ginger ale, sparkling water and
juice/champagne. Stir to blend. Garnich glasses with fresh strawberries and a spring of mint.
YEILD: 50 half cup servings (4 oz. each)
NOTE: Freeze some of the juice mixture in a pretty mold to keep punch cold. You could add the mint leaves to the mold
for an added touch
