Triple Orange Smoothie

1 banana
2 cups orange juice
1(8-oz) lite orange-mango yogurt *(can sub peach mango yogurt) instead
1 cup frozen orange sorbet, slightly softened
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
12 ice cubes or enough to make 3/4 cup crushed ice


Start with orange juice and add cubes slowly until all cubes are used. Then add the banana, orange segments and the yogurt. Finally add the orange sorbet and blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.185 cal.per serving.
