Yogurt-Fruit Frappe

8 oz plain yogurt (about 1 c)
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (see Note)
2 tsp. sugar (or so, to taste)

Place ingredients in a chilled blender. Blend at medium speed until fruit is well chopped, about 30 seconds. (If using frozen fruit, let stand for several minutes, so it can thaw a bit.) Blend at high speed until frothy, another 30 seconds. Makes two servings, about 1-1/2 cup each.

NOTE: Good fruits for this recipe include mangos, bananas, apricots, papayas, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples and peeled peaches or plums. But, in my experience, apples, pears, grapes, oranges and melons don't work very well.
