Hot Tea Toddy
1-1/2 oz. gold rum
1/2 tsp. honey or to taste
Pinch powdered cinnamon
Lemon slice or orange slice
1 cup hot tea
Candied ginger
Heat all ingredients, except ginger, in a saucepan until steaming hot and pour into a warmed mug. Garnish with a large piece of candied ginger
