Teas can be made from the following herbs:
blueberry leaves
wild bergamont leaves
thimbleberry leaves
wild mint leaves
pineapple weed

Pick the leaves after they are dry (after morning dew is gone). Dry in paper sack punched with a few holes. When dry, crumble into glass jars or plastic margarine cups.

Steep in boiling water to desired strength. It usually takes longer than regular tea. Sweeten if desired. It is usually not a good idea to take too much of a wild plant at first try.
