Yield: 18 servings
4 cups Unsweetened apple juice
3 cups Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups Cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg
1 Cinnamon stick
3 Whole cloves
Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
1/2 cup serving - 65 calories, 1 fruit exchange 16 grams carbohydrate, 0 protein, 0 fat, 3 mg sodium, 128 mg potassium, 0 chol.
