Gluhwein
5 oz. Madeira or dry red wine
Lemon Peel
Orange Peel
Small cinnamon stick, broken
Several whole cloves
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1 tsp. honey or to taste
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan and stir until honey is dissolved. Do not boil. Serve in a warmed mug.
