Deviled Eggs
5 eggs, hard-cooked
2 T mayonnaise
1-1/2 t prepared mustard
1-1/2 t vinegar
1 t lemon juice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Peel hard-cooked eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash with a fork.
Briskly stir in remaining ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Fill egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving.
