Deviled Eggs with Horseradish

  Deviled Eggs with Horseradish

  1 dozen eggs 
  3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise 
  2 tbsp. horseradish 
  1 tsp. dry mustard 
  3 tsp. sugar 
  3 tsp. vinegar 
  White pepper to taste 
  Salt to taste 

  Halve hard cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Add
 the rest of the ingredients to mashed yolks mixing to desired consistency 
 and taste. Re-fill egg whites with mixture. Dot with paprika.
