Egg Casserole

10 slices regular white bread, cubed
3 cups milk
8 eggs
2 Tbs. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. onion salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Ham, sausage or bacon - precooked and cut into small bite size pieces

Grease a 9x13 pyrex baking dish.

In large bowl mix; eggs, milk and onion salt.

Line baking dish with bread cubes. Sprinkle on cooked meat of your choice. Pour egg mixture evenly over all. Top with cheddar cheese or you can put cheese on before baking. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

In morning remove foil and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
