Mexican Deviled Eggs

Mexican Devil eggs

8 hard cooked eggs
1/2 cup shredded chedder or monteray jack cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 TBS chopped green onion
1 TBS sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder


Slice the egg in half and remove yolk. Mash yolk with remaining ingredients and refil egg whites with yolk mixture. refrig until ready to serve.
