4 Hard Boiled Egg
3 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1 Dash Red Pepper
1 Dash Dry Mustard


Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks, put through strainer and add remaining ingredients. Blend til smooth. Refill eggs. Check for taste before adding dry mustard.
