Savory Scrambled Eggs

Ready In: 20 mins.
Serves: 6

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
8 eggs , beaten
1/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , cubed

Melt butter in skillet on low heat. Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set. Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve with toast.

Microwave: Microwave butter on HIGH 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Micowave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Variations: Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives, green onion slices or crisply cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled, as eggs begin to set.
