14 ripe Bananas
3 cups Flour or Grate startch
Thick coddy
3 cups Coconut Cream (2-3 coconuts)
Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl. Add little amount of flour and toddy and mix well together. Add flour until the mixture becomes thick. Add toddy to sweeten mixture to your taste.
Put in small and bake in a hot oven 1 1/2 hours. Grate coconut and squeeze out the cream. Strain coconut into a clean bowl. Add cooked banana cakes whole or in small pieces to coconut cream. Serve as a dessert or with cooked meat or fish.
