Korean Ho Bak Na Mul

Ho Bak Na Mul(Zucchini)

1 lb zucchini
1/2 tsp salt

Seasoning:
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seed
1/2 clove, finely crushed
1 sliced green onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper


Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices Sprinkle with the salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Mix with the seasoning ingredients, then stir fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
