Swedish Krumkake

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 cups heavy whipping cream
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbl. vanilla extract

Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add whipping cream. Add dry ingredients slowly, blending well. Wheh krumkake iron is hot, put 1 teaspoon of batter on the iron and bake until light brown. Roll on stick immediately when krumkake is still hot.

Store in a cool dry container.
