Stuffed Clams
1 Qt Ground Clams With Their Liquor
1/3 Cup sherry
2 Cups bread crumbs
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Pound butter -- melted
1/2 Cup parsley -- chopped
6 Cloves garlic -- minced
paprika
Mix all together. Stuff clam shells. Top with paprika and bacon slices.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes or until browned and crispy on the top.
