Crab Cakes

2 slices of bread, crust removed
1 lb. Crabmeat
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
1 tsp. Old Bay
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 TBSP mayo (real)
1 TBSP regular mustard
1 TBSP melted butter
Olive Oil


Break bread into small pieces and moisten with small amount of milk.

Mix all ingredients together and shape into cakes. (You can put them in the refreg. for several hours before frying them)

In a non stick skillet heat oil and add crab cakes. Brown on each side 3-5 minutes until lightly brown.
