Crab Cakes
1 Lb. crab meat (backfin)
2 to 3 tablespoons mayo
sprinkle of old bay
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped roasted pepper
splash of Worcestershire (or other steak sauce, such as A-1)
bread crumbs
butter
Mix together and form patties.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
Broil on each side until golden.
For variation instead of the breadcrumbs try blackening the crab cakes.
Another variation is to pepper sear them and omit the roasted pepper.
