Crab Stuffing

1 can crabmeat, drained
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 stick BUTTER
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
2 tbl red wine


Put breadcrumbs, crab and cheddar in bowl. In saucepan, melt butter and add onions and garlic and cook until onions soft. Add wine and add to breadcrumb mixture. Use as needed.

Butterfly shrimp and lay in a small glass casserole (buttered).Put stuffing on top and sprinkle wine over all (as opposed to adding to butter mixture). Or use to stuff mushrooms.
