Hot Crab Dip
Recipe By : Adapted from A Taste of the Treasure Coast, Stuart, FL

2 ( 6 oz) cans crab meat -- drained & flaked
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
4 tsp 1% low-fat milk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp onion -- chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
hot pepper sauce -- to taste
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp smoked paprika


Mix together all the ingredients except for the crab. Then add mixture to crabmeat. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with bread (grilled & rubbed with garlic) and celery and carrot sticks.
