Maryland Crab Cakes

1 pound crabmeat
2 tables. mayonnaise
1 teas. prepared mustard
12-15 Ritz or Townhouse crackers
1 teas. baking powder
2 eggs
Dash of Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
flour/Old Bay

Crush crackers and mix with crab. Mix other (except flour and Old Bay) ingredients. Shape into cakes. Sprinkle with flour and Old Bay. Brown quickly in butter and then reduce heat. Cook slowly for five minutes until heated through.
