Crab Rangoons
1 pkg Wonton wrappers
1 pkg (8oz. ) cream cheese, softened
8 ounces crab meat, flaked fine
bowl of water for dipping your fingers
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Mix crab meat, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce with a fork. Mix well until all is incorporated.
Spoon a teaspoon of mixture into middle of a one wonton wrapper.
Dip finger into water and apply to edges of wrapper, fold in half to seal. Make sure there are no air bubbles.
Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or till golden.
Serve with Hoisin Sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
