Sue's Crab Mold
Recipe By: Nan Hughes
6 ounces cream cheese
5 green onion minced
1 cup fine chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon gelatin
8 ounces fresh crabmeat
Warm celery soup; dissolve gelatin in 3 Tbl. cold water then add to warm soup. Combine other ingredients and mold until firm in a 4 c. mold. Serve with bread or crackers.
