Virginia Beach Crabcakes

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon very finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons fresh(no dried stuff) chopped parsley
1/4 - 1/2 cup roasted peppers, chopped (your choice)

Fold all ingredients together. Be gentle, so the lumps of crabmeat don't break apart. Form into patties and sprinkle with flour, crushed corn flakes, crushed potato chips or cornmeal. Dot with butter. Broil, grill, bake or fry.
