Fish Au Gratin

1 lb. flounder or grouper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp., dry bread crumbs


Brush fish with mayonnaise. Mix cheese and bread crumbs. Roll fish in mixture. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
