Broiled Fish with Walnut Butter
1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
3 tablespoons walnut oil, divided
1/2 cup chopped walnut pieces
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lime juice
Brush fillets with 2 tablespoons walnut oil. Broil 4 inches away from the flame for 4 to 5 minutes. While fish is cooking brown walnuts pieces in a skillet with one tablespoon walnut oil. When toasted, add the butter and the lime juice. Pour over fish before serving.
