Fillets with Citrus and Herbs

Any white fish fillets of your choice
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon-pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped basil
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. orange juice
1 tbs. coarsely grated orange rind


Preheat oven temperature to 400°. Cover the bottom of a shallow baking dish with foil.

Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add salt, lemon pepper, basil, parsley, lemon and orange juices and orange rind. Mix ingredients well and spread over single layer of fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
