Mexican Fish

4 fish fillets -- such as haddock
1 jar salsa
2 cups Cheddar Cheese -- shredded

Lay fish fillets in shallow nonstick baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon a couple of tablespoons of salsa over fish.

Cook about 5 minutes. Add shredded cheese on top of salsa. Cook until done (when fish flakes easily, time will vary depending on thickness of fillet). Serve with lemon wedges.
