Langostino Casserole

1 (10 oz.) pkg.langostinos,defrosted (shrimp or lobster may be used)
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
3/4 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup sliced green olives with pimento centers
parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Topping:
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 cup bread crumbs


Oven temperature is 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and put in 10 x 6 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.

Mix oleo and bread crumbs and put on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
