Poor Man's Lobster

1 1/2 lbs monkfish, filleted
1 cup butter, melted
salt and pepper
paprika
lemon slices
parsley sprigs


Arrange fish in shallow pan. Pour half of the melted butter over the filets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Bake at 375F until fish flakes with fork. Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon slices and remaining butter for dipping.
