Rockfish with Grapes

6 rockfish fillets or steaks (subs are sea bass, sea trout or sole)
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbls. white wine vinegar
3 Tbls. honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbl. sesame seeds, toasted
3/4 lb. green seedless grapes, cut into clusters

Place fish in a 13x9x2 baking dish coated with cooking spray; cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400* for 10 min Combine the Worch. sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic in small bowl; mix well.

Uncover fish, and pour sauce mix over the fish fillets, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes or until the fish is tender and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Arrange grapes around fish and bake another 5 minutes.

Remove the fish to a serving platter and arrange grapes around it. Spoon pan sauces over both. Serves 6.

Garnish Idea--if desired, the grapes can be excluded from baking. Instead, dip the grape clusters in 1 beaten egg
white, then roll them in granulated sugar.

Allow to dry on paper towels for 30 minutes. Then use as a side garnish on the serving platter.
