Baked Salmon with Parmesean Crust

1 large salmon fillet
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 stick melted butter


Take a large salmon fillet. Starting down about 2 inches from top make three equal slits to the bottom, leaving the top attached. Now braid the salmon and tuck under the bottom and secure with a toothpick. Put in a shallow baking pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of salmon.

Bake at 400 degrees til done. Rule of thumb is you bake fish for 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
