Honey-Mustard Salmon with Dill
1 salmon fillet (from thick end, scant 1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Preheat oven to 400. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray and place fillet on pan, skin side down.
Mix mustard, honey and dill and spread on fillet. Bake until fish flakes easily.
