1 (1 pound) can salmon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke seasoning
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons snipped parsley
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with next six ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours.
Combine walnuts and parsley.
Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2 inch log or pour into a fish mold. If forming log, roll in nut mixture and chill well.
If using fish mold, chill before serving; unmold sprinkle nut mixture over salmon mold before serving. Serve with crisp crackers.
