Salmon Steaks

1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Pitted Klamata olives, coarsely chopped
Regular green stuffed olives, coarsely chopped
2 nice sized salmon steaks

Mix the margarine and honey together and heat until honey is liquified, add the vinegar (more or less to your taste). Brush both sides of the salmon steaks with this mixture and either grill or broil until salmon flakes easily, turning once and brushing again. Do not overcook.

Mix the olives together.

To serve place a bed of olives on a plate and top with the salmon. A salad, and usually rice, completes the meal.
