Salmon Steaks with Honey-Mustard Glaze

1 Tbl. orange juice
1 tea. dry mustard
1 tea. safflower oil
2 Tbls. honey (orange blossom is good)
4 salmon steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds)


In small pan, combine orange juice and mustard, stirring to dissolve mustard. Stir in oil and honey and heat over low until glaze is well combined. Brush both sides of steaks with glaze, place in large, shallow baking pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve piping hot.
