posted by Liz 06-05-98 5:10 PM Salmon Steamed on a Grill 4 salmon steaks, 1-1/2 to 2 lbs each 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, slivered 1 tomato, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 1 lemon, sliced 1/2 tsp each dill and salt Prepare barbecue coals. Place salmon fillets on sheet of foil. Layer butter tomato, onion and lemon slices on each. Sprinkle with dill and salt. Wrap fillets securely in foil and lay on coals. Cook 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
