Spicy Barbecued Shrimp
2 lbs. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined with tail attached
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
2 cloves garlic, mashed
juice of one lemon
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup chili sauce
Mix together all ingredients except shrimp. Add shrimp and marinate for 1 hour at room temp.
Spear shrimp heatproof skewers and place on grill. Grill about 5 minutes on each side.
