Baked Shrimp Scampi
1 pound shrimp or 1 pound of seafood delight
1/2 cup butter
3cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
In a small saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients except bread or cracker crumbs. Heat until the butter has
melted, stirring to mix the seasonings. Pour evenly over the shrimp, reserving two tablespoons.
Add reserved seasoned butter to bread or cracker crumbs, mix well. Sprinkle crumbs over shrimp or seafood. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
Serves 2 to 4
