Shrimp Fried Rice
(This is a good way of using left over rice)
2 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoon bacon drippings
2 eggs beaten
2 cups chopped cooked shrimp
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
whole cooked shrimp (garnish)
chopped parsley
pineapple slices
Saute rice in drippings in skillet for 2 minutes.
Add eggs. Stir rapidly until mixed Add next five ingredients. Heat Mould by pressing into bowl and turning out on serving dish Garnish with additional whole cooked shrimp and Garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
Yield, 3 servings.
