Shrimp De Jonge

1/8 pound butter, melted
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled
white rice, cooked

Melt the butter and add in the garlic and the bread crumbs and stir together. Add in the shrimp and toss together. Fry the shrimp until it is golden brown. Put cooked rice on a plate and pour the shrimp mixture over the bed of cooked rice and serve.
