Shrimp and Feta

  Shrimp and Feta 
  2 (large) cans diced toms. (24 oz?) 
  6 T. olive oil (get some and just have it in the cupboard) 
  1/4 Cup finely chopped onion 
  1/2 Cup white wine (dryish) 
  2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 T. dry 
  1/2 tsp. crumbled oregano ( supermarket 
  1 tsp. salt. some fresh ground pepper 
  2 oz. feta, cut in 1/4" cubes 

Peel and devein shrimp.Cook onions over med. heat until translucent. Add
tomatoes, wine, 1/2 tsp parsley and oregano, parsley, s & p. 

Bring to boil. cook 'til mix thickens and is light. Add shrimp. cook med 
heat 5 mins. When shrimp are pink and firm add cheese and parsley.

Serve over coked rice.
