Broiled Fish in Mayonnaise Sauce

3 1/2 pounds trout
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Preheat broiler.

Rinse fish in cold water; salt and pepper to taste. Place fish on broiling pan.

Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle Old Bay over top. Broil approximately 20 minutes 2 rack settings from broiler.
