Trout with Cream
1 gill sour cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 pint double cream
1 teaspoon sweet marjoram
Clean fish and pat dry. Lay in buttered fireproof dish, add butter and marjoram. Bake at 350 F. - Regulo 3, for about 25 minutes.
Stir the double cream into the sour cream and pour over the fish. Bake for a further 10 minutes at same temperature. Serve at once.
