Tuna Quiche

8" or 9" pie shell
2 eggs
8 oz. Swiss Cheese, grated
1 Cup evaporated milk
3 drops Tabasco Sauce, or to taste
pinch salt
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (2.8 oz.) can OC onions, divided: crumble 3/4 of can, leave rest whole

Bake pie shell in 325 oven till light golden.

Combine eggs, cheese, milk, tabasco sauce, salt, tuna and crumbled onions and place in baked shell. Top with remaining onions.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, or till golden brown.

Note: In light of today's healthier eating, substitut low-fat cheese, skim evaporated milk and egg subs and it still comes out great.
